LUCÍA MIRANDA

I started in the real estate world in 2000, in my native Antequera, coordinating my first real estate and commercial project, two residential buildings and a public car park in the historic centre of the city.

In 2002, with the help of the Alius development group, I moved to Sotogrande to take full charge of the Isla del Pez Barbero, a significant project in the Sotogrande Marina with 29 luxury homes, covering all areas of real estate development.

Since 2004, several important projects have been added, such as the Polo Gardens development (Sotogrande- Olalquiaga Arquitectos), the CC Plaza de Andalucía (Algeciras- F. Soto Cubero), Casas Alius (Antequera), where together with a great team we managed to successfully complete, pressed by the crisis of 2008.

With the uncertainty of the moment and new real estate developments, I continued with the commercial management and management of the CC Plaza Andalucía in Algeciras and began my studies in Property Management and Administration, which, together with the DMZ Group, we continue to this day, managing important developments in Sotogrande and the Costa del Sol.

My commercial interest also led me to train in new real estate marketing techniques and it is now, when I start the miranda.services project, integrating real estate commercial management and my great passion: decoration. Home Staging, transforming a home for sale or rent is a great challenge.
